With an understanding of our responsibility to society, VMP’s ethical model guarantees companies motivated, professional employees. We offer a well-functioning alternative, which observes Finnish laws and employment terms and which ensures employees receive job orientation and training, assistance in residing in the country and that they are paid properly.
VMP’s international recruitment services provides employers with foreign professionals to work in the fields of construction, nursing and healthcare, as well as for seasonal jobs for which no Finnish employees are available. Our company has a national office in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, and we also have representatives in Moldova. We interview prospective employees in their country to ensure they possess the expertise needed on the job.
We apply valid, Finnish collective labor agreements to all of the employment relationships with foreigners who enter the country though VMP. They are also insured through a Finnish insurance company. Wages are paid into a Finnish bank account, and the employees pay their taxes to Finland.
We assist employees in getting started and we support them along the way. Foreign employees are entitled to the same benefits as our Finnish employees.
