Instructions for staff leasing
Reserving employees from VMP Group is simple. The procedure is faster when the following information is prepared beforehand:
- description of work
- date and time the work begins
- work hours and estimated duration
- location of workplace and how to get there
- tools, machinery and equipment used
- other working conditions (such as inside/outside, warm/cool premises)
- limitations imposed by the work (such as allergies)
- requirements or requests for special skills
- the person who will meet the employee or employees and familiarise them with the work
- any other special requests
Expenses
VMP Group invoices the client per actual hours of work performed. The invoice covers the following expenses:
- wages, bonuses and annual holiday bonuses paid to the employee
- employer's social security contributions
- expenses of VMP Group
The charge per hour depends on the work and the wage level of the employee. The minimum charge per day for one employee is for five hours of work.
Illness and accidents
VMP Group is responsible for the sick leave of its employees. VMP Group has liability insurance which covers accidents. However, the client is responsible for supervision of the work and for the property entrusted to the employee. Vehicles used by employees must have liability insurance with full cover.
The client must always make sure that the employee is capable of performing the work assigned. In the event that the employee is not capable of the work, VMP Group will immediately begin searching for a new employee.
